Class Etiquette

To help create a calm, safe and welcoming environment for everyone;

  • Please arrive on time. If you're more than 5 minutes late, you may not be admitted.

  • Phones must be switched off or set to silent during class. If you are expecting an urgent call, please inform the instructor before the class.

  • Respect the space by maintaining good personal hygiene and wiping down any shared equipment after use.

  • Be considerate of others, kindness, patience and a relaxed attitude are always welcome.

  • Please inform me of any injuries, health concerns, or changes in your physical condition before the class starts.

Health & Safety

Before attending your first session, all clients must complete a Health Declaration / PAR-Q form. This helps me understand any considerations that may affect your movement and ensures your safety in class.

Forms are reviewed annually or sooner if your health status changes.

Private Sessions & Events

Private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions are tailored to your goals and movement needs. These are available by request and held at my home studio (mat & reformer) or your home (mat).

Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Please email or message to arrange any changes as early as possible. There are no cash refunds.

Workshops and events may have separate cancellation terms, which will be clearly outlined at time of booking.

Reformer sessions take place in a dedicated, private space at my home studio. Full details, including address and directions, will be provided upon booking. For the comfort of all clients, I ask that you:

  • Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session

  • Wait outside or in your car if arriving early

  • Please be respectful of the quiet setting and the residential area.

Instructor Cancellations

In the rare event that a class or private session is cancelled by the instructor, you’ll receive a full class credit or be offered a rescheduled session. For packages, the expiration date will be extended by the relevant time period.
