Hi! I’m Amy, a certified Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor and Nutrition coach.
I discovered Pilates over a decade ago when an injury forced me to rethink how I moved. What started as a way to rebuild strength and trust in my body quickly became something much deeper, a method that gave me confidence, balance, and a sense of connection.
My teaching style is laid-back but intentional. In my classes, it’s not about perfection; it’s about mindful movement, noticing how your body feels, and building strength in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. I’ll always guide you to move with purpose, find control, and tune into your body, but I also believe it should feel enjoyable and a little fun along the way.
For me, Pilates goes far beyond physical strength. It can regulate the nervous system, ease stress, improve posture, unlock mobility, and create the kind of confidence that carries into everyday life. That’s why my method blends movement, awareness, and connection so you leave each class not just stronger, but more grounded in yourself.
I offer group classes, private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, bespoke Reformer tuition in my home studio, and special events that bring people together through movement.
