I currently teach across East Yorkshire, in Driffield, Hutton Cranswick, Beverley & Pocklington.

No previous experience is required! My classes are suitable for all levels and there are various options offered throughout to ensure you feel confident and have a great time!

If you have a mat, please bring it with you - I have a few spare but it’s always nice to have your own mat. I recommend wearing grip socks for all classes. Wear comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.

Yes! Alongside my regular classes, I offer private 1:1 sessions (mat and reformer)
I also run ad-hoc events and workshops and you can hire me for your events, eg hen do’s, birthday parties, sports clubs etc.
